§ 15.09 Animal~ & Fowl <br /> <br />habitation. Such stable~ and barns, where lawful, shall be kept clean. The purpose of this chapter is: <br /> <br /> To prohibit the maintaining of horses on lots or parcels of record <br /> less than 1.5 acres in size; <br /> <br />To require a Conditional Use Permit prior to maintaining a horse <br />on a lot of record 1.5 acres in size and less than 3 acres in size; <br /> <br />To require the filing with the City of a sketch drawing prior to <br />maintaining a horse on a lot or parcel of recorded 3 acres and <br />larger in size; and <br /> <br />d. To ensure proper handling, treatment and maintenance of <br /> horses. <br /> <br /> Sub& 2~ Horse Defined. As used in this chapter, horse shall mean <br />any stallion, mare, gel~ng, foal, pony, donkey, ass, burro, mule or ardmal of horse <br />kind. <br /> <br /> Sub& 3~ Acreage Req,,irements.
