Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #91-I1- A RESOLUTION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PROFESSIONAL OFFICES AND DAYCARE FACILITIES IN THE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 6139 157TH LANE N.W. WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #91-11-. regarding Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves a Conditional Use Permi~ subject to the following conditions: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On ,1991, a conditional ,,u, se permit was,!ssued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Northern C'0unti'es Secretarial Services ( Permit Holder ) to establish professional offices and daycare facilities in the R-1 Rural Residential District in a structure located on property generally known as 6139 157th Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 4, Block 4, Hall's Dover Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota; -and- All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as beginning at a point on the East line thereof, also being the West line of Lot 4, Block 4, Hall's Dover Acres, said Anoka County, a distance of 282.37 feet north of the most southerly comer of said Lot 4; thence South 0 degees, 01 minutes, 08 seconds East along said West line of Lot 4 and along said east line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter for 282.37 feet, more or less, to intersect the Northeasterly line of the right-of-way of C.S.A.H. No. 5 as now laid out and constructed; thence North 23 degees, 19 minutes, 17 seconds West along said Northeasterly line of the highway right-of-way for 257.57 feet, more or less to intersect a line beating South 65 de~ees, 46 minutes, 21 seconds West from the point of beginning; thence North 65 de,ecs, 46 minutes, 21 seconds East for 111.72 feet, more or less, to said point of be~nning. This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code and is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: Permitted uses on the site shall be limited to professional offices and daycare facilities. This permit shall remain in effect for a total site development of 22,000 square feet of building area in accordance with the Concept Plan dated October 25, 1991, attached hereto as Exhibit "A". The ability to expand the site operation to 22,000 square feet =m-anted in this permit shall only exempt the permit holder from requiring amended conditional use permits for expansions up to 22,000 square feet. The permit holder shall not be exempted from meeting any other applicable City Code and Uniform Building Code requirements. Any effort to expand the site operations beyond 22,000 square feet shall require an amended conditional use permit.
