The temporary, structures located on the subject property shall be removed bv May 1, 1992. Removal of said structure shall be the responsibility of Lord of Life Church. If removal is not accomplished in a timely manner, the City reserves the right to order the work and recover expenditures by drawing upon Escrow 804273, deposited for that purpose at the City by Lord of Life Church. No structures shall be erected within 120 feet of the north and east property lines of the subject property. This term is not intented to preclude orderly subdivision and future development of single family lots on the property as illustrated in Exhibit A. o The appropriate location for daycare play areas and screening to mitigate noise and burden resulting from the use will be reviewed in future site plan applications for any expansions at the site.
