Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #91-12-XX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 1991, PAYABLE 1992 MUNICIPAL LEVY <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the following levies for assessed 1991, payable 1992, be levied upon the taxable <br /> property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota, for the following <br /> <br />purposes: <br /> <br />GENERAL LEVY <br /> Fund 101: General Fund - General Operations <br /> <br />DEBT SERVICE LEVY <br /> Special Assessment Obligations: <br /> <br /> Fund 316: 1989A Debt Service <br /> <br />$ 1,531,174 <br /> <br />18,498 <br /> <br />Total LEVY $ 1,549,672 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's Office on or before December 30, 1991 <br />for the purpose of complying with Truth In Taxation. <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 10th day of December, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
