CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA CLERK'S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF VACATION PROCEEDINGS To the Anoka Counly, Minnesota Auditor. NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to MSA 412.851 and by Resolution dated December 17, 1991, the City of Ramsey has vacated the following legally described easements located within the City, to-wit: A 66.00 foot easement for roadway purposes over, under and across that part of Outlot C, NORTHFORK embraced within the Northeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 32, Range 25 and that part of Outlot C, NORTHFORK embraced within the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 32, Range 25, said roadway to lead from Andrie Road N. W. at the Southwest corner Of Lot 2, Block 3, NQRTHFORK easterly to existing 164th Avenue N. W. in WOODLAWN ESTATES; all in the City of Ramsey, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota. AND A 66.00 foot easement for roadway purposes over, under and across Outlots C and D, according to the plat of NORTHFORK on file in the Office of the Registrar of Titles, Anoka County, Minnesota. The centerline of said easement is described as follows: Commencing at the most easterly corner of said Outlot D; thence North 89 degrees 12 minutes 26 seconds West, record bearing, along the southerly line of said Outlot D 264.25 feet; thence North 79 degrees 59 minutes 27 seconds West along said southerly line 290.76 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence northeasterly 194.86 feet along a non-tangential curve, concave to the northwest, having a radius of 380.00 feet, a central angle of 29 degrees 22 minutes 52 seconds, and the chord of said curve bears North 14 degrees 44 minutes 06 seconds East; thence North 0 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds East 33.31 feet; thence northeasterly 271.39 feet along & tangential curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 310.00 feet and a central angle of 50 degrees 09 minutes 34 seconds; thence North 50 degrees 12 minutes 14 seconds East t83.18 feet; thence easterly 393.25 feet along a tangential curve, concave to the south having a radius of 640.00 feet and a central angle of 35 degrees 12 minutes 52 seconds; thence North 85 degrees 25 minutes 06 seconds East 189.47 feet; thence northeasterly 318.60 feet along a tangential curve, concave to the northwest, having a radius of 530.00 feet and a central angle of 98 degrees 44 minutes 24 seconds; The vacation proceedings were completed on December 17, 1991.
