Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-12. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF COWLES ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, George Cowles, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied <br />for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot "A" of VERNDALE COMMERCIAL PARK; Together with "That portion of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 19, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing on the North line of said <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter when measured at right angles; thence south <br />and parallel with the said West line to the Northerly boundary of U.S. Highway No. 10; <br />thence southeasterly along said Northerly boundary of U.S. Highway No. 10 a distance of <br />300 feet; thence north and parallel with the f'n'st course to the North line of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence west along the said North line of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to the point of commencement." <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on November 21, 1991, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from George Cowles for Cowles Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on December 3, 1991 <br />and approved the sketch plan of Cowles Addition and directed the developer to proceed to the final <br />plat stage. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby ~m'ants final plat approval to Cowles Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 17th day of December, 1991. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
