The letter was in <br />response to the City Engineer's November 12, 1991 letter. Tom Hovey indicates that there is <br />concurrence with the proposed realignment of Sunfish Lake Drive and that additional studies and <br />data will be necessary to role on the public need for the extension of that street. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends granting preliminaD, plat approval with certain contingencies. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Approve/deny the preliminary plat for Wood Pond Hills contingent upon a the trail corridor <br />being designated in accordance with the November 14, 1991 recommendation of the Park <br />and Recreation Commission and the December 3, 1991 recommendation of City Staff and <br />compliance with City Staff review letter dated October 30, 1991. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />CC: 12/17/91 <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br />Zoning Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
