Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-12- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING USE OF UNCOMMITTED COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County is responsible for the allocation and timely expenditure of <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey receives an annual allocation of CDBG funds from <br />Anoka County; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has been notified by Anoka County that there currently <br />exists $1,851.77 in uncommitted City of Ramsey Community Development Block Grant Funds. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey hereby applies to Anoka County for $1,851.77 in uncommitted <br />Community Development Block Grant allocations to be used in the County Housing <br />Rehabilitation Program. <br /> <br />2) That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Anoka County CDBG Administrator. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the I7th day of December, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />i <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
