Subdivision 7.61.04(0 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />7.61.04(f) <br /> <br />A lease agreement between a licensed organization and a gambling location <br />owner or operator shall not provide for rental payments based on a <br />percentage of receipts or profits from lawful gambling. There shall be no <br />other compensation paid to the gambling location owner or operator, <br />directly or indirectly, other than the rental fee provided in the lease <br />agreement. The maximum rental fee shall be as prescribed by State Statute. <br /> <br />Subsection 7.61.07 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />7.61.07 Fee Upon application, the City will charge all new applicants an investigation <br /> fee to cover costs incurred investigating the application. Any unused <br /> portion of this fee will be refunded to the applicant. This fee does not apply <br /> to applications for renewal of licenses.
