Schroeder, Cily Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you are aware, for quite some time we have been working on establishing an initial list of goals <br />to be accomplished during 1992. Enclosed for your consideration is the most recent update of <br />these 1992 goals. They are organized by either Council Committee or Council Commission with <br />the ideology being that the accomplishment of the goals in whole or in part will be reviewed at this <br />Committee/Commission level at some point during completion of the goal. You will note that the <br />format shows staff individuals who will be primarily responsible for accomplishment of the tasks, <br />the Committee or Commission which will review it, any additional Committee or Commission also <br />receiving review, and goal priority. Relative to the latter, an "A" priority goal is that which is of <br />utmost importance for passage or completion during the current year. A "B" priority goal is <br />certainly desirable for completion, but given funding or time constraints may not realize completion <br />during 1992. A "C" priority goal is that which should remain in front of us as a task which we <br />desire to complete. However, we are beginning the year with the premise that it is likely we may <br />not accomplish a "C" priority goal during 1992. It is also expected as we move through the year <br />there will be additional areas of need identified which may impact staff ability to accomplish goals <br />identified in this document; however, these proposed at this point are intended to set our direction <br />as we enter 1992. <br /> <br />Staff is requesting that you review these goals and the priority given to each of them in order to <br />give direction on the level of importance for erich. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt the 1992 City of Ramsey Goals. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Officer <br />City Engineer <br />Public Works Supervisor <br />Parks/Utilities Coordinator <br />Project Manager <br />Zoning Administrator <br />Administrative Coordinator <br />Police Chief <br />Fire Chief <br /> <br />CC: 12/17/91 <br /> <br /> <br />
