<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #14-01-015 <br /> <br />TH <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING EASEMENTS ON OUTLOT D, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 8 <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> the Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA), hereinafter <br />referred to as “Applicant”, has properly applied for vacation of drainage and utility easements on related <br />to the requested approval of COR THREE on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />th <br />Outlots D Ramsey Town Center 8 Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on May 7, 2012, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority for a plat to be named COR THREE; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />,Section 117-588 of City Codes requires the platting of four or more lots to be <br /> <br />processed as a major subdivision; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, on June 7, 2012 the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, on June 8, 2012, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for COR THREE to <br />the City; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, on June 15, 2012, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat COR THREE; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Applicant submitted an application for a final plat application on June 28, <br />2012; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS, <br />on July 10, 2012, the City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary plat for <br />COR THREE; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, the City Council approved the final plat on July 10, 2012 as required under City <br />Code Section 117-588; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the HRA has requested a revised final plat that includes only four (4) lots on the <br /> <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an easement vacation on the Subject Property as <br />legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, subject to approval, execution, and recording of <br />the plat entitled COR THREE. <br /> <br />
