2. That the vacation of easement does not become effective until said plat, COR THREE is filed and <br />recorded with the Anoka County Recorder and includes the necessary drainage and utility <br />easements as indicated on the Plat prepared by Hakanson Anderson, Associates dated January 10, <br />2014. <br />3. That the Ramsey City Council hereby declares this resolution null and void if COR THREE is not <br />recorded within one (1) year of approval of this Resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Johns, and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Backous <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Tossey <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />th <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 28 <br />day of January, 2014. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #14-01-015 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br />
