6. That the Permittee shall prepare and submit a tree inventory for review by the City of Ramsey <br />(the "City ") prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />7. That the Permittee shall submit a Certificate of Survey with the building permit application <br />identifying the minimum setback distance from the OHW level of the Mississippi River to the <br />closest portion of the home, including an attached deck. <br />8. That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by February 6, 2015, <br />and issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />Maul, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Chairperson Levine <br />Commissioner Bauer <br />Commissioner Maul <br />Commissioner Brauer <br />Commissioner Van Scoy <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Commissioner Field <br />Commissioner Nosan <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Planning Commission this <br />the 6t day of February, 2014. <br />RESOLUTION #14 -02 -029 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
