Staff discusse plan in detail and <br />recommended the Commission discuss the minor plat and p e direction final plat. <br />Commission Business <br />Commissioner VanScoy questioned where the property entrance was located. <br />Development Services Manager Gladhill pointed out the entrance location on the sketch plan. <br />Tim O'Shaughnessy, the applicant, explained he was looking forward to becoming a resident of <br />Ramsey. <br />The Commission suppo <br />to Council. <br />ch plan aerited and recommended the final plat proceed <br />5.02: Public Hearing: Consider Or nce #14-01 Amending City Code Section 117-114 <br />(B-1 General Business District) to allow Indoor Commercial Recreation as a <br />Conditional Use and Creating City Code 117-363 Establishing Performance <br />Standards for Indoor Shooting Ranges; Case of Total Defense, Inc. <br />Public Hearing <br />Chairperson Levine called the public hearing to order at 7:09 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />City Planner Anderson presented the staff report stating the City received a request from Total <br />Defense, Inc. to allow an indoor shooting range at 6001 167th Avenue NW, requiring an <br />amendment to City Code Section 117-114 entitled B-1 General Business District. He reviewed <br />the definition of indoor commercial recreation in detail with the Commission. Based on the <br />feedback and input gathered from the public, Staff recommended approval of Ordinance #14-01 <br />Planning Commission/January 9, 2014 <br />Page 2 of 12 <br />
