July 11, 2013 EDA Minutes A Summary: The EDA discussed the creation of a Statement of Goals for the 167/47 Node to help frame future discussions with Property Owners regarding the City's involvement with facilitating private market success of the node. The concept of an indoor shooting range was again discussed. The EDA forwarded a request to the Planning Commission to design a citizen engagement process to reach out to the community to better understand desirable uses and City involvement in the process. The Planning Commission asked that specific language stating support for individual land uses for land uses not currently permitted in the B-1 General Business District be removed and preferred to review individual land uses when applications from Property Owners were submitted.
