Motion by Councilmember Tossey, seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, to Adopt <br />Resolution #14 -02 -032 Authorizing Purchase of City Phone System with Integra and direct staff <br />to provide additional information on the cost for a backup system. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Tossey, LeTourneau, <br />Backous, Johns, Kuzma, and Riley. Voting No: None. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced that $4,200 net proceeds was raised from the Mayor's <br />Snowmobile Trail Ride and the donation that will be made to Youth First. Mayor Strommen <br />described the successful event and thanked all who had participated. <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />Councilmember Tossey stated representatives of Youth First will appear before the Council to <br />describe what they do that benefits Ramsey. <br />Mayor Strommen reported that Snowy Owls remain in Ramsey and discouraged baiting in an <br />attempt to get a better picture. <br />9.
