City staff is concerned that if the site plan is approved with limited manueverability space for semi <br />tractor trailers, there will be a problem with truck traffic parking on the shoulder of Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson stated that he feels the County will not approve the conveyance of run off into the <br />County ditch and at this point, would not object to City Council tabling the request for site plan <br />approval until ali issues are resolved. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to table action on <br />Wayne Johnson's request for site plan approval until the next regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion cam'ed. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson and Peterson. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Couneilmember Cich. <br /> <br />~ Introduce an Ordinance <br /> City Code and Addin~ a <br /> <br />Amendim, the Numl?erjng 0f the <br /> Cha_oter-Entitled "General Provisions" <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that in preparation for recodification of City Code, the numbering system has <br />been amended. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to introduce an <br />ordinance to amend the numbering system of the City Code and add a chapter entitled "General <br />Provisions". <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson and Peterson. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />~ Re_oort from Personnel Committee <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson noted that the Personnel Committee has interviewed two candidates and <br />is recommending that an offer of employment be extended to Mary Gomez for the position of <br />Senior Accountant at 90% of salary grade 5, with a six month probationary period. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to accept the <br />recommendation of the Personnel Committee and offer the position of Senior Accountant to Mary <br />Gomez at 90% of salary grade 5 ($27,494.00) with a six month probationary period. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson and Peterson. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />The City Council recessed at 6:54 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the meeting back to order at 7:15 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann adjourned the regular City Council meeting at 7:15 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following public hearings: <br /> <br /> 1.
