Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />Authorize Prenaration of Plans and Snecifications for <br />Imorovement Pro_i~c! ,990-28 (Chestnut Pond Addifion] <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka recommended that City Council table authorizing preparation of plans and <br />specifications for Improvement Project #90-28 until the developer applies for and receives final plat <br />approval of Chestnut Pond Addition. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to table action to <br />authorize preparation of plans and specifications for Improvement Project #90-28 (Chestnut Pond <br />Addition). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson stated that it has been brought to his attention that there are problems in <br />Sorteberg 6th Addition with water run off into the County ditch. <br /> <br />At 7:40 p.m., the City Council recessed to move the meeting to the Ramsey Elementary School for <br />the purpose of conducting a hearing on the proposed adult use zoning. <br /> <br />Mayor Re/mann called the meeting back to order at 8:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Elementary School. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Stephen F.
