3) <br /> <br />The gross surface area of an industrial or office park sign shall not exceed fifty <br />square in gross surface area for each exposed face nor exceed an aggregate gross <br />surface area of one hundred (100) square feet, with an additional 10 square feet per <br />occupant or tenant listed on the sign. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />A ground industrial or office park sign shall not project higher than ten (10) feet, as <br />measured from base of sign or grade of the nearest adjacent roadway, whichever is <br />higher. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />A wall industrial or office park sign shall not project higher than the parapet line of <br />the wall to which it is to be affixed. <br /> <br />b) Occupant Identification Signs. <br /> <br />1 ) All occupant identification signs in an industrial and office park shall be wall signs. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />There shall not be more than one wall sign for each principal building or principal <br />tenant or use within a building. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen (15%) of the tenant's <br />or use's proportionate share of the building wall to which the sign is to be affixed. <br /> <br />9.1 2.1 1 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS <br /> <br />Subd. 1 <br /> <br />Sign requirements in planned unit development areas would be controlled by the <br />City Council when the development is planned. <br /> <br />9.12.12 CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Subd. 1 <br /> <br />All permanent signs permitted by this ordinance shall be constructed in accordance <br />with this section. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 <br /> <br />In addition to complying with the provisions of this ordinance, all signs shall be <br />constructed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Building Code and <br />Electrical Code. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 <br /> <br />All signs shall be located in such a way that they maintain horizontal and vertical <br />clearance of all electrical power lines and communication lines. <br /> <br />Subd. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />All signs and their supporting strucures shall maintain clearance and non- <br />interference with all surface and underground facilities and conduits for water, <br />sewage, gas, electricity, or communications equipment or lines. In addition, the <br />placement of all signs and their supporting structures shall not interfere with natural <br />or arrtificial drainage or surface or underground water. <br /> <br />Subd. 5 <br /> <br />All signs, except those attached flat against the wall of a building shall be <br />constructed to withstand minimum wind loads as follows: <br /> <br />a.
