For more detailed information, <br />please contact the Community Development Department at 763-433-9824, planning@cityoframsey.com or see this report <br />online at www.cityoframsey.com/DevelopmentUpdate. <br />Update on Roof Collapse at 6781 Highway 10 NW: Pro Power Sports <br />On Friday, February 21, 2014, Pro Power Sports experienced an unfortunate roof collapse on a portion of the building located <br />at 6781 Hwy 10 NW; the roof over an area of the service bay on the east end of the building collapsed. The Building Official <br />has been in regular contact with the building owner to ensure public safety as well as to determine procedures to allow <br />occupancy for certain spaces within the building. The building will require a new Certificate of Occupancy before general <br />public will be allowed back in the structure, once a structural report is completed. Staff has also been assisting the business <br />identify short-term spaces in the near vicinity for the business to operate during repairs to the building, if needed. <br />Progress Report: Stoney River Assisted Living and Memory Care <br />5011TH 9.CVATION <br />Despite the cold weather conditions, Copeland Building Corporation, contractor for Stoney River, continues to make progress <br />on construction of this 72-unit Assisted Living and Memory Care facility located at 14401 Nowthen Blvd. NW. Work <br />continues on footings and foundation, when possible, as well as construction of many of the wall sections. Stoney River <br />anticipates completing the project sometime this fall.
