Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-03-047 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO CONDUCT MOTOR VEHICHLE SALES IN THE B-2 HIGHWAY BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br />WHEREAS, John Buzick, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee" has properly applied <br />for a Conditional Use Permit to conduct motor vehicle sales in the B-2 Highway Business District <br />on the property generally known as 7850 Riverdale DR NW and legally described as follows: <br />Unit 1 CIC No 251 Riverview Office Condo, Together with Common Element, <br />Subject to Easement of Record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />- and- <br />Unit 3 CIC No 251 Riverview Office Condo, Together with Common Element, <br />Subject to Easement of Record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />- and- <br />Unit 4 CIC No 251 Riverview Office Condo, Together with Common Element, <br />Subject to Easement of Record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />- and- <br />Unit 5 CIC No 251 Riverview Office Condo, Together with Common Element, <br />Subject to Easement of Record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />("Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on March 6, 2014, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council deny/approve the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0925, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") to conduct <br />motor vehicle sales is hereby granted to the Permittee. <br />2. That this Permit specifically allows for motor vehicle sales within seven (7) individual <br />offices on the Subject Property, based on the site plan and floor plan provided by the <br />Permittee on February 18, 2014. Said plans shall not be attached to this Permit, but shall <br />be kept in City files. <br />3. That the Permittee shall provide an updated site plan indicating the location for eight (8) <br />designated customer parking spaces for the existing Chiropractor use, seven (7) customer <br />parking spaces for the motor vehicles sales, seven (7) parking spaces for the initial motor <br />vehicle sales tenants, and nineteen (19) motor vehicle display spaces. <br />
