Date: January 27, 2014 <br />Revised: February 5, 2014 <br />Project Name: Ramsey Municipal Parking Deck Renovation <br />Proposal for Stage One Services <br />Stage Two: In the event the results of Stage One are positive and the City elects to move <br />forward, LSA will prepare a Stage Two Fee Proposal to complete the work in either of three <br />options: <br />• Provide full service A/E Services for a Competitively Advertised and Bid Public <br />Improvement Project (assumes Project is over $100k) <br />• Provide full A/E and Owners Representative/Construction Management Services to <br />the City and Competitively Advertise and Bid work to sub -contractors for the <br />various trades necessary to complete the work (assumes project is over $100k) <br />• Work directly with Knutson Construction (or another general contractor of the city's <br />choice) and provide design -build services to the City (assumes project is under <br />$100k) <br />Please review this Proposal and, if acceptable, execute below with a Signature of Approval. <br />Thank you very much for this opportunity and we do look forward to continuing our long <br />standing relationship with the City of Ramsey. <br />LSA Design Inc. <br />February 5. 2014 <br />James B.
