CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEPARTMENTS OF PUBLIC WORKS AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br />Professional Design Engineering Services for the Mississippi Skyway <br />Project No. XXXXX <br />The Department of Public Works, City of Ramsey, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP), <br />for professional services for the project named above. Complete RFP related documents will be <br />available for download online at the following web address: www.City of RamseyXXXX <br />Responses in the form of printed proposals will be due at 11:00 a.m. local time on May XX, <br />2013, delivered to XXXX <br />A Pre -Proposal Meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. local time on XXX All firms interested in <br />submitting a proposal are encouraged to attend. Further information about the meeting is <br />contained in the RFP. <br />General Statement of Work: The City seeks professional design engineering and related <br />consulting services in connection with the final design, alignment and facility construction <br />methods and approvals for placement within applicable Right -of -Way's for a bicycle/pedestrian <br />bridge across U.S. Hwy's #10 & #169 entitled Mississippi Skyway. This project will deliver on the <br />City's goal of providing an aesthetically pleasing bridge that is functional and friendly to both <br />bicyclists and pedestrians - and adding value to the Metro's Transit system and the pedestrian <br />orientated development known as the COR. <br />General: As the City's best interests may appear, the Parks & Asst.
