• Philosophy, approach and identification of specific issues, problems and <br />opportunities. (Specific solutions to this project are not desired as <br />statements of philosophy or direction). <br />• Management approach to insure effective coordination with various <br />entities which will be involved in the Project. <br />d. All proposers must provide a preliminary, and final design schedule to <br />begin on or about the above referenced Contract Execution date. <br />e. Identify any design and project management software that may be <br />proposed for use on this project. <br />Part 5 Project Experience. <br />Describe the team's experience in similar projects, and in the disciplines necessary <br />to fulfill the project requirements. Specify the roles performed in these projects by <br />the key personnel and proposed contact persons for each project. Photos are <br />encouraged and may be appended to the proposal. Provide: <br />• Examples of previous similar projects that involved transportation engineering, <br />public relations, and related Professional Design Services for bridge <br />construction and improvement projects which have similar size and work <br />elements to those identified in this request for proposal. <br />• Relevant examples of project budgeting, cost estimating, results, e.g., estimated <br />cost vs. bids and final project costs on projects of similar size and scope. <br />• Provide examples of the Consultant teams' experience with Regional Trails, <br />Livable Communities, Multi -modal connections with transit and developing <br />pedestrian and bicycle facilities to promote tourism and economic <br />development. <br />F. Oral Presentation: <br />1. Short Listed Proposers will be invited to make an oral presentation to the Selection <br />Committee, as well as User and City Representatives at a time and place to be <br />determined by the City. The approximate date is indicated in Section 1. The oral <br />presentation shall not exceed 30 minutes in length, followed by up to fifteen <br />minutes for questions by the Selection Committee.
