§ 9.20.31 Planned Unit Development <br /> <br />Topogr~hi~ Map <br />The topographic map shall be drawn at a scale of one inch equals <br />100 feet and shall contain the fallowing information: <br /> <br />1. Two foot contour intervals; <br /> <br />Indicate water courses, rock outcroppings, and other <br />signifi~nt land features; and <br /> <br />Use U.S. Geological Service datum for mapping. <br /> <br />Floor pl.r,~ .nd Elevations <br />All floor plans and elevations shall be drawn to a legible scale and <br />include the following information: <br /> <br />1. Floor plans indicating square footage and dimensions of ail <br /> proposed rooms and areas within the structures; and <br /> <br />2, Elevations of the proposed building(s), identifying exterior <br /> treatment, materials to be used, and paint color. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Prellmina~, Plat <br />If a Subdivision is required, the preliminary plat shall be <br />prepared in accordance with the Ramsey Ciw Code, §9.03. <br /> <br />Sub& 1(}. l:[~/nire~ents for Final plan <br /> <br />a. lmin-I Site Plnn <br /> The fin~ site pl~ shall be prepared at a some of one inch equals <br /> 50 feet, 100 feet or 200 feet, and shall contain the following <br /> information: <br /> <br />1. Location of proposed structures; <br /> <br /> Location of proposed driveways and parking areas (all <br /> driveways ~nd parking must have curbing); <br /> <br /> Indicate front, rear and side yard setbacks. <br /> <br />F~nal Landscape Plan <br />The final landscape plan shall be drawn at a scale of one inch <br />equals 50 feet mad shall contain the following information: <br /> <br />1. Plant types (botanical and common names), number, <br /> location, and size; <br /> <br />2.
