No person, corporation, partnersh/p, joint venture, <br />association or other form of business association shall leave, place, throw or <br />deposit, or cause or permit any other person to leave, place, throw or deposit in or <br />upon any street or public place, or in or upon a_ny vacant or pr/rate lot or premises, <br />any ashes, rubbish, garbage, refuse or other like or similar substance or materials. <br /> <br />5.11.02 Acts permitted. The owner, or one acting ~hth the owner's written <br />permission, of any pr/vate property may fiI] in or deposit upon property owned by <br />him, a shed or other substances which are free from dead animals or vegetable <br />matter and other umwholesome or putr/d substances or mater/als, if such person <br />has first secured in ~n-/ting the permission of the administrator/c]erk to do so. The <br />administrator/clerk shall freely grant such permission, except where it appears by <br />all exfidence that such acts will be a nuisance or in some manner be a threat to the <br />health or safety of the city. The city council in all cases ma5' direct the <br />administrator/clerk to grant such permission. <br /> <br />5.11.0 3 Construction site debri~ <br /> <br />On each construction site residential or commercial where a <br />building permit is required and or issued by the City, a <br />commercial dumpster shall be maintained for the purpose of <br />depositing all construction debris generated by the const.,mction <br />project. In lieu of the commercial dumpster, a fenced area <br />constructed of snow fencing or posts and woven ~fire, or a bin <br />constructed of pt?wood, chip board or of posts and wood rail'~ngs <br />(cAb like) ma)' be proxfided. <br /> <br />Each construction site shall be cleaned .of construction debris <br />dally, ~hth said debris being deposited in the receptacle described <br />in paragraph l. above. <br /> <br />All construction debris shall be hauled from the site and <br />deposited in a licensed waste disposal fad]it>', The bur>sug of <br /> <br />Page 126 Printed !2'28/90 <br /> <br /> <br />
