Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION INCREASING FEE FOR AGENT OF RECORD SERVICES <br /> WITH T. C. FIELD FOR PROPERTY CASUALTY INSURANCE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, T. C. Field has requested an increase in their fee for agent of <br />records services for property/casualty for the 2004 agreement year; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the current fee for these services is $3500 and has not been <br />increased since 2001; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, city staff is recommending an increase of $250 which reflects an <br />incrcasc of approximately 3% for the past two years. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes an increase to the agent of <br />rccord fee for T. C. Field to $3750 for the 2004 agreement year. <br /> <br />Thc motion fbr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the fbllowing were absent: <br /> <br />Whcreupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 16~h day of December 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />
