As previously stated, the preliminary estimated construction cost is based on our understanding <br />of the project as discussed at our meeting. The estimate is subject to change based on final <br />design. <br /> <br />All of the above costs are based on our current hourly rates and the estimated cost of the design <br />engineering services is a not-to-exceed cost. The cost of the technical services is an estimated <br />cost and will depend on the contractor and the weather conditions during construction. The <br />above costs did not include permit fees, testing services or miscellaneous expenses.
