Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION//03-1- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CHAD AND <br />MELISSA FOSSUM AT 14981 PERIDOT ST. NW (PERMITTEES) TO CONSTRUCT <br />AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE CLOSER TO THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN <br />THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chad and Melissa Fossum (Permittees) have properly applied for a variance <br />from Section 9.11.02 and Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code for the front yard setback for <br />an accessory structure and to construct an accessory structure closer to the front property line <br />than the principal structure on theProperty generally known as 14981 Peridot St. NW and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 4, Pineview EStates, Anoka Countyi Minnesota <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on January 2, <br />2003, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact # a variance to the front yard setback for an accessory <br />structure and to construct an accessory structure closer to the front property line than the <br />principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the accessory structure constructed on the Subject prOperty shall maintain a minimum <br />setback of forty (40) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />That no other structures or additions shall be constructed in the front yard unless it is in <br />accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittees shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br /> of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless it is in accordance <br />with City Code. <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br /> <br />
