7. That the Permittees agree that the terms of this Variance shall be binding upon its successors <br /> and assigns. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by January 2, 2004, <br />and issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permittees may petition for <br />an extension of time in which to complete the variance.
