Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14 -03 -047 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO CONDUCT MOTOR VEHICHLE SALES IN THE B -2 HIGHWAY BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br />WHEREAS, John Buzick, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee" has properly applied <br />for a Conditional Use Permit to conduct motor vehicle sales in the B -2 Highway Business District <br />on the property generally known as 7850 Riverdale DR NW and legally described as follows: <br />Unit 1 CIC No 251 Riverview Office Condo, Together with <br />Subject to Easement of Record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />-and - <br />Unit 3 CIC No 251 Riverview Office Condo, Together with <br />Subject to Easement of Record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />-and - <br />Unit 4 CIC No 251 Riverview Office Condo, Together with <br />Subject to Easement of Record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />-and - <br />Unit 5 CIC No 251 Riverview Office Condo, Together with <br />Subject to Easement of Record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />( "Subject Property ") <br />1 111111 11111 11111 11111 11111 11111 11111 1111 1111 <br />Record ID 2882683 <br />Common Element, <br />Common Element, <br />Common Element, <br />Common Element, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on March 6, 2014, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approve the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0925, a Conditional Use Permit ( "Permit ") to conduct <br />motor vehicle sales is hereby granted to the Permittee. <br />2. That this Permit specifically allows for motor vehicle sales on, the Subject Property. <br />Based on the site plan and floor plan provided by the Permittee on February 18, 2014, <br />which plans shall not be attached to the Permit but shall be kept in City files, the available <br />parking on the Subject Property for motor vehicle sales restricts the number of individual <br />motor vehicle sales offices to seven (7). The Permittee may establish additional motor <br />vehicle sales offices within the building on the Subject Property as additional off - street <br />parking becomes available, provided that each additional motor vehicle sales office has <br />access to at least five (5) parking stalls. <br />3. That the Permittee shall provide an updated site plan indicating the location for eight (8) <br />designated customer parking spaces for the existing Chiropractor use, seven (7) customer <br />522846.001 <br />
