6. That the Permittee may not lease the business portion of the accessory structure located on the <br />Subject Property to any person(s) that does not reside on the Subject Property. <br />7. That the Permittee agrees to comply with Chapter 117, Article II, Division 6, Subdivision 1 of <br />City Code, titled "Signs ". <br />8. That the Permittee shall ensure that adequate off - street parking shall be provided in accordance <br />with City Code Section 117 -355 on the Subject Property to accommodate customers. <br />9. That there shall be no exterior storage of the Home Occupation equipment or materials. <br />10. That the Permittee shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining any applicable Federal, State <br />or County licenses. <br />11. All firearms on the Subject Property shall be placed in a secure gun cabinet or secured with a <br />safety device that prevents the firearm from operating or as directed by the Bureau of Alcohol, <br />Tobacco, and Firearms (BATF). <br />12. That the Permittee shall ensure that the garage door(s) are closed at all times when work related to <br />the Home Occupation is being conducted within the garage. <br />13. That should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated. Except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at the <br />same address or receiving title to the Subject Property, desire to continue the Home Occupation, <br />written notice to that effect shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may <br />authorize continuation of the Permit without further hearing. <br />14. The Permittee shall reside on the Subject Property; if the Permittee does not reside on the <br />Subject Property, the Permit shall be terminated. <br />15. That adequate water supply and on -site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of the <br />Permittee. <br />16. The Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and enforcement of <br />this Permit. <br />17. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the Subject <br />Property for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br />18. That test firing of firearms to check their functionality may be conducted by the Permittee only <br />with the use of a commercial bullet trap and said trap shall be located in the basement of the <br />dwelling. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Tossey <br />RESOLUTION #14 -03 -045 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
