CC Regular Session 4. 12. <br />Meeting Date: 04/22/2014 <br />By: Bruce Westby, Engineering/Public <br />Works <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #14-04-075 approving partial payment to Dryden Excavating for IP 13-15, Vanadium Street <br />Culvert Replacement <br />Purpose/Background: <br />In December of 2013 the Engineering Technician IV inspected the completed work and recommended partial <br />payment to Dryden Excavating in the amount of $28,129.92. This partial payment was then approved as part of the <br />year-end bill approvals and payment was issued on December 31, 2013.
