TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a public hearing <br />on Thursday, August 7, 2003, immediately following the 7:00 p.m. Board of Adjustment at <br />Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Comprehensive Plan amendment to change the land <br />use designation from Places to Work to Low Density Residential at the property generally located <br />north of Rivlyn Avenue and south of Riverdale Drive and legally described as follows: <br />That part of Lot 26, Auditors Subdivision No. 96, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />described as follows: Commencing at the point of inersection of the northerly line of <br />Rivlyn Avenue as laid out in the plat of Dickensons Mississippi Estate with the <br />easterly line of Poplar Drive (Now known as Tungsten Street NW) as laid out in said <br />plat. Thence southeasterly along said northly line of Rivlyn Avenue as shown in said <br />plat and its extension a distance of 500 feet to a point to be hereafter known as point <br />(D) for the purpose of this description. Thence northeasterly parallel with said <br />easterly line of Tungsten Street NW to a point of intersection with the southerly line <br />of that parcel of land described as follows and hereinafter known as parcel (A). <br />Thence part of Lot 26 Auditors Subdivision No. 96 according to the map or plat <br />thereof on file and of record in the office of the register of deeds in and for Anoka <br />County. <br />And <br />That part of Lot 26 Auditors Subdivision No. 96 described as follows: Commencing <br />at intersection of northly line of Rivlyn Avenue with Easterly line of poplar Drive <br />(now known as Tungsten Street NW) as shown on plat of Dickensons Mississippi <br />Estate, thence southeasterly along said northly line 300 feet to point of beginning, <br />thence continue southeasterly along said northly line 100 feet, thenc northeasterly <br />parrell with easterly line of Poplar Drive to intersect with the following described line <br />(said line hereinafter referred to as line A): commencing at southeast corner of Lot 13 <br />Auditors Subdivision No. 96, thence southwesterly along southwesterly extension of <br />southeasterly line of said Lot 13, 260 feet to point of beginning of line to be <br />described, thence easterly at an interior angle to northeast of 91 degrees, 30 minutes, <br />427.1 feet and there terminate, thence northwesterly along said line "A" to intersect <br />with a line drawn parrell with said easterly line of Poplar Drive and thru Point of <br />Beginning, thence southwesterly parallel with said easterly line to point of beginning; <br />subject to easement of record. <br />And <br />
