warranty deed dated May 13, 1955, filed for record May 16, 1955 and recorded in <br />Book 336, of Deeds, page 265, and also except that part conveyed to Grant Hawkins <br />and Grace Hawkins his wife, as joint tennants and not as tenants in common, by <br />warranty deed dated September 18, 1958, filed for record December 29, 1958 and <br />recorded in Book 435 of Deeds, page 305 except a strip of Lannd 66.00 feet in width <br />over that part of Lot 12, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />The northeasterly line of said strip of land lies 190.00 feet southwesterly of and <br />parallel with the southwesterly right of way line of U.S. Trunk Highway No. 10 and <br />169, as measured along the westerly line of Poplar Drive (now known as Tungsten <br />Street NW) as dedicated in the plat of Dickenson's Mississippi Estate on file and of <br />record in the office of the County Recorder, Anoka County, Minnesota. Said strip of <br />land is to extend westerly by its full width from the westerly line of said Poplar Drive <br />to the east line of the west 502.74 feet of Government Lot 1, Section 35, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, as measured at right angles to the west line <br />of said Government Lot 1. <br />And <br />Lot 8, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96 together with that part of Lot 7 of said Auditors <br />Subdivision No. 96 lying northerly of the easterly extension of the north line of the <br />south 100 feet of Lot 5, Auditors Subdivision No. 96, except the westerly 12 feet <br />thereof and excepting the road. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed <br />comprehensive plan amendment. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With <br />Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form <br />and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact JoAnn Shaw at <br />763 - 427 -1410 by noon on Thursday, July 31, 2003.
