!hat part of Lot 26, Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 96, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows: Commencing at the <br />point where the easterly line of <br />Poplar Drive interesects with the <br />northerly line of Rivlyn Road;. <br />thence easterly along the north- <br />ern line of Rivlyn Road a distance <br />of 100 feet; thence northerly and <br />parallel to the easterly line of <br />Poplar Drive a distance of 110 <br />feet; thence westerly a distance of <br />100 feet, more or less, to a point <br />on the easterly line of Poplar <br />Drive which point is 110 feet <br />northerly from place of com- <br />mencement; thence southerly <br />110 feet, more or less, to point of <br />commencement. <br />And <br />The east 100 feet of the west 200 <br />feet of that part of Lot 26, <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 96, <br />lying north of Rivlyn Avenue as <br />platted in Dickenson's Mississippi <br />Estate and south of the following <br />described property: That part of <br />Lot 26, auditor's Subdivision No. <br />96, Anoka county, Minnesota, <br />described as follows: Beginning at <br />the southwest comer of Lot 13 in <br />said Auditor's Subdivision; thence <br />easterly along the southerly line <br />of said Lot 13 a distance of <br />250.00 feet, more or less, to the <br />southeast comer of said Lot 13; <br />thence southerly on the southerly <br />extension of the easterly line of <br />said Lot 13 a distance of 260.00 <br />feet; thence westerly deflecting to <br />the right 91 degrees 30 minutes <br />to the easterly line of Tungsten <br />Street NW; thence northerly <br />along said easterly line of <br />Tungsten Street NW to the point <br />of beginning. <br />And <br />That part of Lot 26, auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 96, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, described as <br />commencing at the point of <br />intersection of the northerly line <br />of Rivlyn Avenue as laid out in the <br />plat of Dickenson's Mississippi <br />Estate with the easterly line of <br />Poplar Drive (now known as <br />Tungsten Street, NW) as laid out <br />in said plat; thence southeasterly <br />along said northerly line of Rivlyn <br />Avenue a distance of 300 feet to a <br />point to be hereafter known as <br />point "B" for the purposes of this <br />description; thence northeasterly <br />parallel with said easterly line of <br />Tungsten Street, NW to a point of <br />intersection with the southerly <br />line of that parcel of land <br />described in Book 656 of Deeds <br />on page 639, files of the Register <br />of Deeds in and for said Anoka <br />County, and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southeast <br />corner of Lot 13, said Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 96; thence <br />southerly on an extension <br />southerly of the easterly line of <br />said Lot 13 for 260 feet to the <br />actual point of beginning of said <br />southerly line of said parcel <br />described in Book 656 of Deeds <br />on page 639; thence easterly at <br />an interior angle to the northeast <br />of 91 degrees, 30 minutes for <br />427.1 feet along said southerly <br />line and there terminating; said <br />point of intersection being the <br />actual point of beginning of the <br />tract to be hereby described; <br />thence returning southwesterly <br />along said parallel line to said <br />Point "B" thence northwesterly <br />along said northerly line of Rivlyn <br />
