Road a distance of 100 feet; thence northerly and parallel to the easterly line of Poplar <br />Drive a distance of 110 feet; thence westerly a distance of 100 feet, more or less, to a <br />point on the easterly line of Poplar Drive which point is 110 feet northerly from place of <br />commencement; thence southerly 110 feet, more or less, to point of commencement. <br />And <br />The east 100 feet of the west 200 feet of that part of Lot 26, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96, <br />lying north of Rivlyn Avenue as platted in Dickenson's Mississippi Estate and south of <br />the folowing described property: That part of Lot 26, auditor's Subdivision No. 96, <br />Anoka county, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot <br />13 in said Auditor's Subdivision; thence easterly along the southerly line of said Lot 13 a <br />distnace of 250.00 feet, more or less, to the southeast corner of said Lot 13; thence <br />southerly on the southerly extension of the easterly line of said Lot 13 a distance of 260.00 <br />feet; thence westerly deflecting to the right 91 degrees 30 minutes to the easterly line of <br />Tungsten Street NW; thence northerly along said easterly line of Tungsten Street NW to <br />the point of beginning. <br />And <br />That part of Lot 26, auditor's Subdivision No. 96, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as <br />commencing at the point of intersection of the northerly line of Rivlyn Avenue as laid out <br />in the plat of Dickenson's Mississippi Estate with the easterly line of Poplar Drive (now <br />known as Tungsten Street, NW) as laid out in said plat; thence southeasterly along said <br />northerly line of Rivlyn Avenue a distance of 300 feet to a point to be hereafter known as <br />point `B" for the purposes of this description; thence northeasterly parallel with said <br />easterly line of Tungsten Street, NW to a point of intersection with the southerly line of <br />that parcel of land described in Book 656 of Deeds on page 639, files of the Register of <br />Deeds in and for said Anoka County, and more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 13, said Auditor's Subdivision No. 96; thence <br />southerly on an extension southerly of the easterly line of said Lot 13 for 260 feet to the <br />actual point of beginning of said southerly line of said parcel described in Book 656 of <br />Deeds on page 639; thence easterly at an interior angle to the northeast of 91 degrees, 30 <br />minutes for 427.1 feet along said southerly line and there terminating; said point of <br />intersection being the actual point of beginning of the tract to be hereby described; thence <br />returning southwesterly along said parallel line to said Point `B" thence northwesterly <br />along said northerly line of Rivlyn Avenue for a distance of 100 feet; thence northeasterly <br />parallel with said easterly line of Tungsten Street NW to intersect the westerly extension <br />of the afore describe southerly line of that parcel described in Book 656 of Deeds on page <br />639; thence easterly along said westerly extension of said southerly line and along said <br />southerly line to the point of beginning. <br />And <br />All of Lot 12, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that part <br />conveyed to J.J. Rutten and Gladys V. Rutten, his wife, as joint tenants by warranty deed <br />dated May 13, 1955, filed for record May 16, 1955 and recorded in Book 336, of Deeds, <br />page 265, and also except that part conveyed to Grant Hawkins and Grace Hawkins his <br />RESOLUTION #03 -10 -276 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
