The <br />change to a residential use will now go into effect and the City will make the necessary <br />changes on the future land use map. The R -1 Residential Zoning will remain on the <br />properties. <br />I appreciate your work and patience in this matter. I believe, in the end, we have arrived <br />at the proper solution.
