35 SSTS CREDENTIALING AND PRODUCT REGISTRATION 7083.4060 <br />(2) design instructions; <br />(3) installation instructions; <br />(4) information regarding operation and maintenance; <br />(5) homeowner instructions; and <br />(6) a list of representatives and manufacturer -certified service providers, if any. <br />Statutory Authority: MS s 115.03; 115.55 <br />History: 32 SR 1420 <br />Published Electronically: March 11, 2011 <br />7083.4050 TRANSITION FROM PREVIOUS REQUIREMENTS FOR AEROBIC TANK <br />TREATMENT SYSTEMS AND OTHER TREATMENT SYSTEMS TO NEW REGISTERED LIST. <br />Except for Type V systems designated under part 7080.2400, the following conditions apply: <br />A. the installation of aerobic tank treatment systems as specified in Minnesota Rules 2005, <br />chapter 7080, and other advanced treatment technologies is allowed for 24 months after January 2, 2008; <br />B. after 24 months after January 2, 2008, only those products registered under this chapter are <br />allowed to be installed as directed in registration guidance documents; <br />C. to be registered, manufacturers of aerobic tank treatment systems shall apply for product <br />registration. Aerobic tank treatment systems must meet all other requirements established in this chapter for <br />registration; and <br />D. manufacturers of aerobic tank treatment system products shall meet all other requirements <br />established in this chapter for product registration. <br />Statutory Authority: MS s 115.03; 115.55 <br />History: 32 SR 1420 <br />Published Electronically: March 11, 2011 <br />7083.4060 BACTERIOLOGICAL REDUCTION. <br />Subpart 1. Scope. This part establishes the requirements for registering bacteriological reduction <br />processes. <br />Subp. 2. Verification. Manufacturers shall, for the purpose of product registration as described <br />in parts 7083.4000 to 7083.4040 for meeting treatment level A or B, verify bacteriological reduction <br />performance by sampling and testing for fecal coliform. <br />Subp. 3. Testing process. All test data submitted for product registration must be produced by <br />a qualified, third -party testing organization. Bacteriological reduction performance requirements must be <br />determined while the treatment product or sequence is tested according to the NSF Standard 40 testing <br />protocol, or other equivalent commissioner -approved testing protocol.
