Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #14-05-084 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO THE DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION OF REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS FOR CROSS OF HOPE WHEREAS, Cross of Hope Lutheran Church, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", received Final Plat, Site Plan and Development Agreement approval on January 25, 2011 for the following described property in the City of Ramsey: Lot 1, Block 1 Cross of Hope Addition (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, on August 2, 2011, the City Council approved an amended Development Agreement allowing the Developer to utilize an alternative option to financial sureties for private, on -site required improvements (the "Required Improvements"); and WHEREAS, on November 2, 2012, a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was issued to the Developer and a deadline of June 15, 2013 was identified for completion of Required Improvements; and WHEREAS, on April 23, 2013, the City Council approved a one (1) year extension to complete the required improvements by June 15, 2014. WHEREAS, the Developer has requested an extension to the June 15, 2014 deadline for completion of Required Improvements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension for the completion of the Required Improvements until June 15, 2015. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 13th day of May, 2014.
