Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-04-067 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0926 RELATING TO A REQUEST <br />FROM M & G TRAILER SALES AND SERVICE TO UTILIZE AN ALTERNATIVE <br />SURFACE MATERIAL FOR AN EXPANSION OF THEIR OUTDOOR SALES/DISPLAY <br />AREA <br />M & G Trailer Sales and Service, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied to the <br />City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit to utilize an alternative surface material for <br />an expansion of their outdoor sales/display area on property generally known as 7575 Highway 10 <br />NW and the property with Parcel Identification Number 28-32-25-43-0002 which are legally <br />described as follows: <br />That part of the west half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the southeast <br />corner of said section, thence north 0 degrees 28 minutes 50 seconds west, assumed <br />bearing, along east line of said Quarter 164.43 feet to monument A-85 on northerly right <br />of way line of Trunk Highway No. 10 as shown on Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation Plat 02—M4, thence north 65 degrees 51 minutes 38 seconds west along <br />said northerly right of way line 806.12 feet to monument A-39 as shown on said plat, <br />thence continue along said northerly right of way line along a tangent curve concave to <br />the northeast having a radius of 226673.76 feet, center angle 1 degree 42 minutes 24 <br />seconds 675.48 feet to monument A-37 as shown on said plat, thence north 64 degrees <br />09 minutes 14 seconds west along said northerly right of way line 430.18 feet to point <br />of beginning, thence continue north 64 degrees 09 minutes 14 seconds west along said <br />northerly right of way line 538 feet to a point 985 feet northwesterly, as measured along <br />said northerly right of way line, from its intersection with east line of said west Half of <br />Southeast Quarter, thence north 4 degrees 33 minutes 33 seconds west 269.97 feet to <br />southerly right of way line of Burlington Northern Rail Road, thence south 66 degrees <br />42 minutes 01 seconds east along said southerly right of way line 630.93 feet to intersect <br />with a line bearing north 16 degrees 12 minutes 07 seconds east from point of beginning, <br />thence south 16 degrees 12 minutes 07 seconds west 264.61 feet to point of beginning, <br />also known as part of Lots 2 & 3 Auditors Subdivision No. 34, except road subject to <br />easement of record. <br />and <br />All that part of Lots 2 & 3 Auditors Subdivision No. 34, Anoka County, Minnesota lying <br />northwesterly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on northeasterly line <br />of County State Aid Highway No 10 585 feet northwesterly of following southeast <br />corner of said Lot 3, as measured along northeasterly line of said highway, thence <br />northeasterly to a point on the southwest line of right of way of Great Northern Rail <br />Road Company, which point is 490 feet northwesterly of northeast corner of said Lot 3, <br />as measured along southwesterly line of said rail road right of way, thence northwesterly <br />
