PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14 -05 -078 <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING A MODIFICATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT <br />PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND A MODIFICATON <br />TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT <br />FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 14 CONFORM TO THE GENERAL PLANS FOR <br />THE DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, (the "City ") has prepared and <br />proposed to adopt a Modification to the Development Program for Development District No. 1 (the <br />"Development Program Modification ") and a Modification to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax <br />Increment Financing District No. 14 (the "TIF Plan Modification) therefor. The Development Program <br />Modification and the TIF Plan Modification are referred to collectively herein as (the "Modifications ") <br />and has submitted the Modifications to the City Planning Commission (the "Commission ") pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.175, Subd. 3, and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Modifications to determine their conformity with the <br />general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as a whole as described in the <br />comprehensive plan for the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is in agreement with the Modifications. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission that the Modifications conform with <br />the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as a whole and the Planning <br />Commission recommends the Modifications to the City Council for its approval. <br />Dated: May 1, 2014 <br />ATTEST: <br />Secretary <br />Chair <br />
