FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />The locations and sizing of the trunk sewers shown on Figure 3 were used to develop an <br />approximate total cost for the trunk sanitary sewer lines. Table 5.1, Table 5.2, and Table 5.3 <br />show the financial impacts associated with the proposed improvements necessary to serve the <br />developing properties shown on Figure 4 and Figure 5 with municipal sanitary sewer. Detailed <br />breakdowns of the estimated project costs for the proposed sewer extensions are shown in the <br />appendix of this report.
