D. WATER USE <br />Water use projections are developed based on a combination of historical water use <br />trends and future development projections. In Ramsey, water sales are categorized into <br />three user classes. The residential class includes all residential users. The commercial <br />class includes all commercial and light industrial users on the system. A separate <br />sprinkler classification consists of commercial users with separate sprinkler meters. In <br />addition, a certain amount of water in any system is unaccounted for, either through line <br />losses or inaccurate meter reading.
