GENERAL <br />Water emergencies can occur as a result of accidental contamination, mechanical <br />problems, power failures, drought, and other natural disasters. The purpose of emergency <br />planning is to develop emergency response procedures and to identify actions needed to improve <br />emergency preparedness. <br />B.
