That property is currently zoned E-1 Employment. We are <br />operating our commercial business under this zoning. <br />We see a huge conflict with this type of rezoning. We cannot and will not approve any such rezoning. <br />There are also other issues that are being proposed that could impact all of our properties with regards <br />to highway access. This, as well, will impact all of the properties. <br />The Comprehensive Plan was written to guide the city and us as business owners to develop a cohesive <br />business model.
