8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />Councilmember Kuzma reported on the successful turnout at the recent Business Expo. <br />Councilmember Tossey encouraged residents to take advantage of Ramsey's Pet Clinic. <br />Mayor Strommen added it is also a good opportunity to purchase dog licenses. <br />Mayor Strommen announced that the North Metro Mayor's Association drafted a letter of <br />bonding bill priorities that included Ramsey's Armstrong interchange project. She reported on <br />progress being made and favorable responses received relating to that project. <br />9.
