<br />Fire Department: Tuesday, May 27, at approximately 5:00 pm a report of oil spilled in the
<br />neighborhood of 148 and Xkimo Street. The situation ended up being caused by a Randy's
<br />Sanitation truck. While fire staff was on hand, 2 employees of Randy's arrived and assisted with
<br />cleanup. Randy's will dispose of the floor dry used to absorb the oil. The Fire Department will
<br />be billing Randy's for the considerable amount of floor dry that was used.
<br />Wednesday evening at 9:25 p.m. a townhome at 7063 139 Ave reported a fire that started in the
<br />dryer and had spread to the structure. Two residents had been evacuated. On arrival, heavy smoke
<br />and heat on upper level. Crews quickly made entrance and extinguished the fire. Extensive heat
<br />and smoke damage to the upper level of the structure. This was an end unit of a 6 unit complex.
<br />All other adjacent units were checked and no extension was found.

<br />Minnesota for homeownership. NerdWallet analyzed federal data relating to affordability,
