The State has a contract with the Contractor identified as #44211 ("Original Contract") to provide plant trees to <br />increase community forest diversity. <br />2. Shortened growing season in 2013 because of delayed spring planting season (snow and frozen ground in April) and <br />fall drought, and delay of 2014 spring planting season (snow and frozen ground in April). <br />3. The State and the Contractor are willing to amend the Original Contract as stated below. <br />Contract Amendment <br />REVISION 1. Clause 1. "Term of Contract" is amended as follows: <br />THIS AGREEMENT shall be effective as of April 2. 2012 or upon the date that the final required signature is <br />obtained by the State, pursuant to Minn. Stat. Sect. 16C.05, subd. 2, whichever occurs later, and shall remain in effect <br />until June 30.2011. December 1. 2014. or until all obligations set forth in this Grant Contract have been satisfactorily <br />fulfilled, or the Grant Contract has been cancelled, whichever occurs first, and is between City of Ramsey, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Minnesota (the "Public Entity"), and the Department of Natural Resources, 500 Lafayette <br />Road, St. Paul, MN 55155 (the "DNR"). <br />1.
