<br />W hll E1(F. A. Si, on June 5, 2003, the City of Ramsey received a request from property owners
<br />on U.S. Highway 10 requesting an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the future land
<br />use designation al ittcir properties located on U.S. Highway 10 from Low Density Residential to
<br />Places to Wort• 161 the following legally described property:
<br />The west 1:-;2 :bet of Lot 6, Auditor's Subdivision No. 33, as measured at right angels
<br />from the \.,e -;t Lae of said Lot 6, Anoka County, Minnesota.
<br />And
<br />That pari 01. the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 32,
<br />Range :}.`1, Anoi a County, Minnesota lying south of U.S. Highway 10 as it now exists.

<br />WHEREAS,the City finds that given the Subject Properties' unique location between U.S.
<br />Highway 10 and IH N'lississippi River, a land use designation of Mixed Use is appropriate for the
<br />Subject Properly.
